Membership Application

If you would like to join WIN Cleveland, please fill out the application below.  All membership applications are subject to approval.  Membership dues for WIN Cleveland are $125 annually, and are due online with your application.  Payments for Membership MUST be paid via PayPal.  You do not need a paypal account - you can process a payment with any credit card.  See PayPal FAQ.

Guest Fees: You may apply up to two meeting guest fees towards your membership dues- check the box on the application if you have a $20 or $40 credit.  A prompt refund of these guest fees will be made AFTER the $125 payment is processed. The refund will be made via paypal within 2 days of your application payment.
