Informal Networking begins at 11:30am;
Meeting will start promptly at 11:45am. Barbara Danforth will begin speaking at 11:50am- please arrive early.  Barbara's presentation will be approximately 1 hour. 

Women in the United States earn only 78 cents for every dollar a man earns, and women of color earn even less.  Men initiate negotiations about four times as often as women do, yet women are actually better positioned to be great negotiators.

The difference is that women often don’t negotiate.  At this program, you will learn about the importance of negotiating, the impact of not negotiating, and strategies to empower women to negotiate for what we want and need.

PLEASE NOTE: Lunch WILL NOT be served during this May meeting.
