As of 5/16/10 - Walk-ins will be taken only as space permits.       \nFeatured Speaker: Barbara Danforth\, President & CEO Greater Cleveland YWCA\n\nTopic:  Negotiating for Success   \n   \n Women in the United States earn only 78 cents for every dollar a man earns\, and women of color earn even less.  Men initiate negotiations about four times as often as women do\, yet women are actually better positioned to be great negotiators.\n The difference is that women often don’t negotiate.
