Women In Networking was created in 1997 by Barbara Baxter to provide a vibrant environment for women to come together and share ideas in order to grow their businesses. In 2010, Women in Networking became wincleveland under the leadership of Michele Peace and Melissa Celko-Kozmon.  We continue our focus on supporting women in need through our philanthropic activities in Northeast Ohio.

wincleveland is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization.  
All proceeds from our fundraising events, raffles, and silent auction items are distributed to various charities that benefit women and children.
