During this entertaining, interactive and FUN program, you'll explore the immense power of gratitude in four areas. First, you’ll discover how gratitude changes your SELF - your perspective and outlook on life. You’ll come to know and experience the physical HEALTH benefits from gratefulness. You’ll examine how gratitude improves your relationships with OTHERS, and finally, you’ll find out the influence of gratitude on WEALTH, both personally and in the workplace. 

Through discussions, group activities, reflective exercises and personal experiences, you will leave this session with the tools you need to succeed.
