What's the best approach to cold calling someone who is more advanced in her professional career that you are?

There are so many things to consider when networking professionally, and yet we seldom talk about what's appropriate/not appropriate. We'll discuss these nuances and focus time on networking together at a deeper level during this thought-provoking session.
