Millenials, are they really much different from past generations? Many have taken to complaining about this new generation, but in order to understand them, we must look at the history of all generations as well as how technology has played a very important role  in shaping each generation. In this talk you'll learn about the history of the generations, what makes millennials excited about work, why they like to move from one job to the next, and how to work, communicate effectively, and retain great millennial employees.
