Topic: A Glimpse Into Behavioral Analysis... Understanding Why People Do What They Do
Ida Felix, a national speaker certified in behavior analysis, will share insights for understanding human behavior based on the DISC Behavior Personality Model. Her presentation will cover why people are motivated differently, and the various behavior needs that make individuals unique. Program highlights will include:
- Why it is important to understand different personality types
- Historical origins of personality theory
- Factors that contribute to the development of behavioral styles
- How to assess a person's nonverbal communication
- Motivating others to greater productivity
Ida is the owner of The Jacqueline House Rural Spa Retreat and Conference Facility in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
