Topic: Creating a Personal Board of Directors

Business coach, Anne Harmody believes that just as a company has a board of directors, so should an individual. "We often seek advice from our mentors, friends, colleagues, managers, and even relatives on whether or not to take the "big job", how to get more out of the career we have, or the best way to ask for a raise. We seek advice for the most appropriate clothing to wear, how much makeup is too much, and how to improve our speaking skills."

Anne's workshop will provide the foundation to review those individuals who influence you the most, and help put structure into place in order for you to benefit from these influential people. She will also discuss how to invite these people to be a part of your personal board of directors.
