The memory is often called the “first thing to go,” and for many of us, remembering names has been “gone” a long time! In this workshop, you will learn Dale Carnegie’s techniques for improving your access to that great database in your head – your brain. We will practice several techniques for remembering names more effectively. Dale Carnegie said, “Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.” This is one of Dale’s secrets to success in dealing with people!
Workshop length: 60 minutes
