Mary’s presentation focuses on achieving life balance. By recognizing how the mental & emotional affects the physical, Mary encourages participants to “see what IS and make our choices.” Incorporating her personal experiences, humor and her original poetry, Mary encourages participants to recognize and shift patterns that sabotage and keep us “stuck.”
