Ms. Pauken is the owner of Pauken Legal Services LLC, in Chagrin Falls. Her practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate.  She helps clients plan for the protection and distribution of their assets and for the care of themselves and their families if something should happen to them. She also does Special Needs Planning, Medicaid planning, and asset protection planning. Her probate works includes conservatorships, guardianships, and decedent’s estates. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and ElderCounsel. Ms. Pauken earned a BA from Miami University and a JD from Case Western Reserve School of Law. She often speaks on Elder Law and Estate Planning.
