WINCleveland Downton/Breakfast Monthly Meeting
Meeting begins promptly at 8:00am;
Meeting ends promptly at 9:30am.

Four women in Cleveland share a similar story, all used their existing community to recruit volunteers, donors and expand their board of directors to help grow their nonprofit organizations. However, CLE is a community segregated by race, religion and income and each woman faced challenges of networking and building diverse and inclusive organizations.   Join us for an interactive discussion as we brainstorm how we can network to uplift each other’s visions.

Our objectives

  1. Hear from the perspectives of four woman in CLE how race influences networking
  2.  Discuss how Cleveland’s segregated geography adds to the challenges of building diverse communities
  3. Brainstorm as a group how organizations such as WIN Cleveland could be part of solving some of the issues and building a more inclusive Cleveland.
