Yolanda Hamilton is the Founder and Principal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant with YDH Consulting located in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Mrs. Hamilton is a highly esteemed business professional who has been recognized as a forerunner in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  The primary focus of her work consists of guiding businesses, educational institutions, and school districts, in establishing equity frameworks to address systemic practices, by prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion as a key business strategy.

Mrs. Hamilton holds a Master of Education in Diversity & Equity from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, Bachelor of Business Administration with specializations in International Business and Spanish from the University of Toledo and Certificate of Spanish Language & Culture from La Universidad Automono de Guadalajara, of Guadalajara, Mexico.
