Emily Smayda Kelly, Esq, will share tips on how to build your business's infrastructure to avoid litigation, handle transition, and weather changes.  Whether to hire employees or independent contractors to grow your business and what issues to stay away from when interviewing and onboarding them.  When you need to sever a relationship with a person or entity that supports your business, how to avoid problems.

Three key take a ways:

1. Know how to set expectations of those working for the company both inside and outside.
2. Understand the best way of growing business with the least liability.
3.  How to avoid risk when ending a relationship.
