About our speaker Margo Hrabak

Since 2008 I have led almost 200 small to medium sized businesses out of the financial weeds and set them on a path to better organizational visibility.

I am a transformative QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a podcast speaker and a QuickBooks National Conference speaker/trainer.  I have a proven record of business turnaround through intensive QB cleanup, management and employee training, and process overhaul. I have a reputation as the "navy seal" for business.  I jump in, ask hard questions, clean up messes and work with management and staff to create new systems: more profit, less stress.  My purpose is to work myself out of a job.

I grew up in a family business.  The summer we landed a $1M order from Proctor and Gamble we still operated out of our basement with the office at the kitchen table..  I lived firsthand the chaos of ramping-up without any processes that scale.  I lived  the challenges small businesses are facing.
